buildings. Buildings moved off foundations;
ground cracks conspicuous. Underground pipes

badly; landslides on river banks and steep

Broad fissures in
ground; major landslides and earth slumps;
floods. Few buildings remain standing; bridges
destroyed. Nearly all services (railways,
underground pipes, cables) out of action. |
